Every ISP in Pakistan pays for billing software and RADIUS software, from two different vendors who do not speak to each other, and then reconciles the two by hand every month. On top of that, the integrations that make either useful are sold back one at a time.
ISPENGINE exists to end that. We are not a software house — we are the service provider, integrator and support agent for the platforms an ISP already needs. We hold the vendor agreements, negotiate the rate on behalf of the whole market, do the integration and migration work ourselves, and answer the phone here rather than forwarding you to another timezone. The one product we build is the AI Assistant.
We are small on purpose. Agents handle the repetitive work so the people we hire spend their day on the problems that need a network engineer.
If two of our modules need to talk, that is our problem to solve, not yours to reconcile.
WhatsApp and MikroTik are part of billing. Charging for them is charging you to make the product work.
