Three roles. Small team, real ownership.
We hire for the hard 12% of the work and automate the rest. If you want to close tickets all day, this is the wrong desk. If you want to fix why the ticket happened, read on.
Support engineer — escalation & agent training
Roughly 70% of the day is resolving what the agent escalated; 30% is reviewing transcripts and writing the knowledge that stops it escalating again. You are measured on containment going up — never on tickets closed.
ApplySupport engineer — evening shift
The peak subscriber window. Same role, different clock: escalations, onboarding handovers and knowledge writing while the country is actually online.
ApplySales executive — ISP accounts
Tier B and C operators only — the self-serve end runs itself. You demo, you run trials on live traffic, and you close. The qualifier is always: who is your RADIUS vendor, and when does that contract end?
ApplyThree steps, one week, no CV theatre.
One message with what you have run and what you want to run. No cover letter.
Support roles troubleshoot a real fault with us. Sales roles run a discovery call on a real network.
We do not run five rounds. A slow hire costs more than a slightly wrong one.
