Zal Ultra & Zal Pro
Zal is a third-party RADIUS / AAA platform. Zal Ultra runs managed in the cloud; Zal Pro installs on your own hardware when subscriber data has to stay in your building. We handle the licence, the deployment and the support.
RADIUS is where an ISP feels every mistake, so this is the module we install and tune ourselves rather than emailing you a package. We also connect it to whatever billing platform you run, so a package change does not become two support tickets. Licences come through us at a subsidised rate, invoiced locally.

Zal builds and owns this product. We are its service provider in your market: everything between the vendor and your network is our work, and your support relationship is with us, not a queue in another timezone.
