We are their service provider here: we supply the licences at subsidised rates, integrate and configure them, migrate you onto them, install what needs installing, and answer the phone when something breaks.

Yes. Zal Pro installs RADIUS on your hardware, and BNG and IPTV are on-premises by design. Billing can run cloud or on-premises depending on your requirement.

The agent handles tier one immediately and pages our on-call engineer for P1 incidents. Escalations go to engineers who know PPPoE, GPON and MikroTik — not to a script.

No. Most operators start with billing and RADIUS because both are mandatory, then add OLT management, traffic optimisation, BNG or IPTV as they need them. Same panel, same invoice.
